To use UDIN, you must accept the UDIN Terms and Conditions:
Please read each of these documents carefully. Together, these documents are known as the “Terms”. They establish what you can expect from us as you use our services, and what we expect from you.
Although it's not a part of these Terms, we encourage you to read our FAQ to better understand how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.
- UDIN allows you to upload, submit, store, send and receive document. As described in the 'About us', your document remains yours. We do not claim ownership in any of your document, including any text, data, information, and files that you upload, share, or store in your account. The “About us” give authority a limited purpose license to operate and improve the UDIN services — so if you decide to share a document with someone, or want to open it on a different device, we can provide that functionality.
- UDIN also allows you to collaborate on the document of other UDIN users. The “owner” of the document is the one who controls the document and its use.
- Sharing settings in UDIN allow you to control what others can do with your document in UDIN. You can share your document and can transfer control of your document to other users.
- We will not use your document for any other purposes.
- We may review document to determine whether it is illegal or violates our authentication policy, and we may remove or refuse to authenticate document that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.
- This portal shall not be liable for any illegal document resulting from any negligence/fault of the user.
- The user is liable to provide all mandatory details/ documents for verification. This portal is not liable for the faults of users causing delay or discontinuation of the process.
- The user shall be liable and responsible for all the information and document provided. This portal shall not be liable for any false or misleading information given by user.
